My main area of expertise has been non-fiction, but I’ve been venturing into the world of fiction more recently. I’m interested in contributing to titles across the sci-fi/fantasy, contemporary or historical fiction genres.
Which genres do you work with?

Copywriting and editing projects are wide and varied, so quotes are tailored based on the level of work required.
How much do you charge?

Unfortunately, content produced through AI can make the editing journey even more complex than if you were to write your manuscript on your own. This is because it is very difficult to maintain your authentic voice after the copy has been run through this program. For this reason, I only work with manuscripts that are completely original works. I want to make your voice shine!
I’ve used AI for my story. Will you still edit it?

How long do your edits/does your writing take?

Turnaround times are based on the level of work required and my schedule at the time. But I will be able to provide a deadline for delivery at the start of the project. I’m also flexible and can usually accommodate rush orders.
Can you guarantee my story will get published?

My role in the editing process is to make sure that your manuscript is as prepped for submission as possible, giving you the best chance in having your work considered for publication. However, I unfortunately am unable to guarantee that your title will be picked up.
How do I pay for your services?

For longer projects, invoicing is staged, with a deposit required before work commences. But for shorter projects, one single invoice is usually issued on completion. I will advise on the terms of this at the beginning. And payment can be made directly to the account noted in the invoice.
Is there any content/themes you don’t work with?

While I do try to accommodate most submissions, there are some genres that I don’t work with, including Spiritual (New Age), Romance (explicit titles), or Horror, as well as themes of abuse. If you are unsure whether your work is suitable, please don’t hesitate to touch base and I’ll be able to advise.
